We aim to offer all students the opportunity to develop their appreciation and interest in the field of Health and Social Care.

Our intention is for students to develop confidence, independence and resilience. We also aim for students to develop written and verbal analysis and evaluation skills, which are transferrable across a variety of different environments and to provide opportunities for progression to further education, training and employment.

Based on the principles listed above, we have developed an assessment plan based on skills development, progression and maximising achievement. This plan is subject to change to meet the contextual needs of our students.
