We passionately believe that a students’ quality of life can be greatly enhanced by the exposure to and knowledge of beautiful art and design.

We encourage our students to engage with art and design by developing their critical thinking skills and drawing out the ability to form objective opinions of the world around them through studying the work of past and present artists and designers. We achieve this by teaching the creative process.

Throughout your daughters’ studies at Harris Bromley, the art and design department are dedicated to decentring the Eurocentric framework that dominates the curriculum. We want your daughter to receive a well-rounded introduction to artists and designers who are Native and Non-western.
